Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management, organization, and oversight of the company’s accounting records.
• Payroll accounting and calculation of other related payments.
• Preparation and submission of tax reports and declarations.
• Preparation of management reports, analysis of key performance indicators, and provision of insights.
• Preparation and presentation of financial statements for company management.
• Budget planning, execution control, and variance analysis.
• Improvement and control of accounting policies and processes.
• Coordination of audit processes and ensuring accurate data submission to relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the Lithuanian Republic legislation governing accounting.
• Understanding of the principles of preparing financial and management reports.
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide recommendations to management.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and ethical conduct.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Experience in accounting for manufacturing and R&D companies is an advantage.
